Dashboards
What the account dashboard and a project dashboard show, including attention items, tasks, and credits.
The account dashboard
Dashboard is the home page after you open an account. Super Admins and Admins see an Account snapshot for every project that account is associated with. Standard users see My snapshot for the projects they belong to, and the tasks assigned to them.
The snapshot can be set to this week, this month, last week, last month, next week, or next month. It summarizes projects, tasks, and logged time for that range. Admins see team tasks and team worklogs. Everyone else sees their own.
Needs your attention
This panel appears above the snapshot when something needs a decision. A project invitation is shown to the person who was invited. Unfinished profile, Stripe, pending reviews, connection requests, and job invitations are shown to Super Admins and Admins.
On a client account, the owner also sees connect and job-credit balances at the top of the dashboard, with a way to buy job credits. What those balances are spent on is covered in Seats, connects, and job credits.
A project or connection dashboard
- A project has its own snapshot, labeled Project snapshot for admins and My project snapshot otherwise.
- An accepted connection has a Dashboard tab for that relationship. Connection chat is covered in Chat.
Income and expenses has a separate yearly dashboard for freelancer and agency admins. That page is covered in Income and expenses.
