Job reviews

When a closed job can be reviewed, who submits the review, and when it appears on a profile.

When reviews open

Reviews become available once a hired job is closed. Both the client account and the hired freelancer or agency account can review the other side. Only a Super Admin or an Admin on that account can submit it.

Each side has 14 days from the close. Pending reviews show on the dashboard under Needs your attention. A review cannot be edited after it is submitted, and each account submits once.

What you rate

Open Reviews on the job. Rate each part from 1 to 5 stars, in half-star steps. A short comment on each rating is optional. The final public review is required.

Who is reviewingWhat they rate
The client, reviewing the freelancer or agencySkills, quality of work, availability, adherence to schedule, communication, and cooperation.
The freelancer or agency, reviewing the clientClarity of requirements, communication, payment reliability, and professionalism.

What stays hidden

The whole review is public and appears on the other account’s profile: the ratings, the comments, and the final write-up. It stays hidden from the other side until they submit theirs, or until the 14-day window ends.

Closing the job is what starts the review. How a hire is confirmed before that is described on the Applying to a job page.
